Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SME360 collects when you use oms.com.vn and its forms, how we use your information, who we share it with, how we protect it, and the rights you have over it.

Introduction and scope

This policy covers oms.com.vn, in Vietnamese and English, and the information you send through the forms on it: registering for SME360, registering for the SME360 funding programme, and requesting business support.

It follows Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and its implementing regulations.

Who is responsible, and how to reach us

SME360 / Balance Life (BLF) receives and manages the information you send through the website. Please send questions and requests about your personal data to the contact details below.

Information we collect

Only what you type into a form yourself, and only when you send it:

  • SME360 registration: the support you need; the difficulty you face and its cause (optional); your customer group (household business, SME or farm household); the name of the person registering or the representative; phone or Zalo number; email; tax code; the name of the business, household business or farm; the address or area where you farm.
  • Funding programme: what you need funding for; business type; the legal representative’s name; tax code; email; phone.
  • Business support request: the support you need; tax code; business name; main line of business; phone; email; address.
  • With each submission: the consent text you agreed to, when you sent it, how many times, and the page language.

For a household business, the tax code can be a 12-digit personal identification number. A farm household does not have to give a tax code or an email. The website never asks for passwords, card details or bank account details.

How we use your information

  • To receive your registration and give you a registration number.
  • To review the support you asked for and, for the funding programme, whether to add your business to its waiting list.
  • To contact you by the phone, Zalo or email you gave us about your needs, an interview, and the next steps.
  • To keep track of where your registration stands.
  • To provide the SME360 services you ask for, and to fill in your details when your business opens an account in the SME360 app.

Registering on the website is not a loan application or a loan approval. SME360 does not use registration information for anything other than the purposes above. If we need to use it for a new purpose, we will tell you and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Registration and application processing

  • What you send goes straight from your browser, over an encrypted HTTPS connection, to the SME360 system at api.oms.com.vn. It is stored together with your registration number.
  • Only SME360 staff with an authorised admin account can see a registration. They record the contact status, who is handling it, and notes.
  • If you send again while your registration is still open, with the same tax code (or, for a farm household without one, the same phone number and name), your registration is updated and keeps its number. No second record is created.
  • When a business with the same tax code opens an account in the SME360 app, the registration is linked to that account. The details the website already has are used to fill in the app for you.
  • If you press the tax-code look-up button, only the tax code is sent to the public VietQR look-up service (api.vietqr.io), to fetch the business name and address. Nothing else is sent.

Data sharing and service partners

  • The programme’s partner bank: when you register for SME360, you agree that SME360 / Balance Life and VPBank may contact you with programme information. Your contact details may be shared with VPBank only within that consent.
  • Infrastructure: the website and the registration system are delivered through Cloudflare. Like any such service, Cloudflare processes technical data about each visit, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. The system runs on servers provided by a hosting provider.
  • VietQR look-up: receives only the tax code, and only when you press the look-up button.
  • Competent state authorities: where the law requires.

Apart from these cases, SME360 does not give your information to anyone else without your consent, unless the law requires it.

Data protection

  • Every page and form uses encrypted HTTPS connections only.
  • The registration system accepts forms only from oms.com.vn, and limits how often they can be sent, to stop automated submissions.
  • Only authorised admin accounts can open registrations.

No system is completely secure. If an incident affects personal data, SME360 will deal with it and give notice as the law requires.

Data retention

SME360 keeps your information for as long as the purposes in section 4 require: handling your registration, contacting you and providing the services you ask for. If the law requires a longer period, we keep it for that period. After that, the information is deleted or de-identified. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see section 11).

Your privacy rights

Under Article 4(1) of the Law on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:

  • Be informed about the processing of your personal data.
  • Consent or refuse, and ask to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.
  • View and correct your personal data, or ask for it to be corrected.
  • Ask for your personal data to be provided, deleted or restricted, and object to its processing.
  • Complain, report, take legal action and claim compensation as provided by law.
  • Ask the competent authorities, or those involved in processing your data, to take measures to protect it.

Contact and privacy requests

To view, correct, restrict or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent, you can:

  • Email sme360@BalanceLife.vn with the subject “Personal data request”.
  • Call 024 6267 1409.
  • Write to the address in section 2.

Please give your name, the phone number or email you registered with, your registration number if you have it, and what you would like us to do. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm your identity first. We will reply within the time the law sets. If the law requires us to keep some information, we will tell you why.

Cookies and tracking

oms.com.vn sets no cookies, and uses no third-party analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images load from oms.com.vn itself. Your browser keeps only two temporary items in session storage:

  • A marker so the home page’s opening animation plays only once.
  • Your registration number and expected interview date, so the confirmation stays on screen if you reload the page.

Both stay on your device, are not sent to SME360, and clear when you close the browser tab. If SME360 ever adds cookies or measurement tools, this policy will be updated first.

Policy updates

Any change is published on this page, with the date at the top. If a change affects how your information is used, we will say so on the website, and ask for your consent again where the law requires. For any question, use the contact details in section 2.
